Level 1:
Standard Unified Messaging. Voice mail messages are converted
to waveform (.WAV) files and received as attachments. Using a
multi-media PC, voice messages may be saved or forwarded to other
users. This level supports all popular e-mail protocols such as
MAPI VIM and SMTP/POP3.
Level 2:
Expands Voice Messaging Options. Rather than being converted
into .WAV file attachments, voice messages simply appear as an
e-mail notification. Users can simply click "play" and have the
message streamed real-time over a multi-media PC or desktop phone.
New voice messages can be sent directly from your PC to entire
e-mail group lists or mailboxes.
Level 3: Adds
Outbound Faxing. The software converts your desktop PC to a
virtual fax server, providing inbound faxes to, and outbound
faxing from the desktop.
